1000cc FI Motor's will be allowed @ the Winter Races
Carbs R1 & Blackbird will be allowed
NO torsion devices (e.g. biscuits, spring steel and ladder bars).
Aluminum radius rods/suspension will be allowed
2 Rear wheel brakes mandatory, 4 wheel optional, all must actuate
(The 2010 rules are not posted at time so the 2009 rules will be used)
